Power Tool Repair Service
The Saw Center Inc is a Factory Authorized service center for Bosch, DeWalt, Delta, Emglo, Hitachi, Makita, Metabo, Porter Cable,Milwaukee & Paslode. We have the factory trained service staff to properly service your power tool, and can perform warranty service on these tools.
We also repair Kett, Fein, Stanley-Bostitch and most other popular brands of tools.
If you have a tool that needs warranty service, just send it to us with a brief description of the problem and a copy of your sales receipt and we will repair and return your tool at no charge.
If your power tool is out of warranty, we will contact you with a estimate of what it will cost to repair. If you decide not to repair your tool, you will only be charged for the cost of the return shipping to you. Turn-around for tool repairs usually runs 2 to 3 days but priority repair service is also available for a slight increased cost..
Out of warranty repairs will be billed at a labor rate of $40.00 an hour plus parts .
Note: Most small repairs such as replacing cords,switches,brushes on smaller portable tools would be covered by our minumn labor rate of $20.00 ( 1/2 hour) plus parts.
Return shipping will be billed at the prevailing rates for UPS ground service to your location plus a standard handling/packaging fee of $2.00.
How to Obtain Repair Service
To obtain repair service, package up your tool and send by either UPS or US Mail. Before shipping, remove any extra equipment that's not to be repaired ie batteries from cordless tools, carrying cases, chuck keys, blades, bits from drills, nails from nail guns, etc.. Send us only what needs to be repaired.
Be sure to include your name, address ( must be a shippable UPS address, not a PO Box number), day time phone number and if you have one, a fax number and EMAIL address.
Delta Unisaw Arbor Rebuilding
