Shipping Policy

    The SawCenter, is committed to shipping our product as soon as possible. Most times, your order will ship the same day it  is received. The cut off for same-day shipping is 12PM Eastern time. If there is a backorder situation we will notify you of the expected ship date. Occasionally our vendors cannot supply a ship date, in this situation you have the option of waiting or canceling the order.  Your credit card will not be charged until your items are shipped.  We are also not responsible for delivery delays as a result of weather, mis-routing or other factors beyond our control.

 

    Our preferred shipping method is UPS. For some smaller items the option for priority mail is available. In order to keep our rates as low as possible, it is important to make sure the delivery address supplied is correct!  Any charge-backs by UPS for address corrections will be back- charged to you at $12.00 per correction. If you have questions about a delivery address please email us at Sawcent@crocker.com . We will be happy to verify an address before you place the order.

   The shipping rate is automatically calculated by UPS and the USPS. We do not set the rates, they are taken directly from the UPS & USPS shipping servers. The shipping rate is calculated based on your zip code, weight and size of package, distance from major hubs and the level of service you select.  We will ship you package via the mode you select.  Delays based on disruptions of service are not our responsibility.

 

    Our Return Policy
    Returns not covered under our guarantee policy will be only accepted for a period of 10 days after you receive the product. ALL returns must be in the original packaging, in original condition and returned in the original shipped packaging, unused. Electrical components, switches, cords, motors, modules are non-returnable.

     All returns must be sent and  insured for the value of the original sale amount at senders expense.

     C.O.D. returns  will not  be accepted.

    Unless otherwise specified,  a 15% re-stocking fee will be applied to all items we accept for return. In addition, shipping charges can not be refunded.

Shipped items refused by customer without prior authorization by  us will be credited, less a 15% re-stocking fee and will be charged for  transportation charges to and from the Saw Center, plus the applicable refused shipment charge imposed by the shipping company. Once items are shipped, orders can not be cancelled without incurring a restocking & freight charge. It is the customer's responsibility to cancel any order prior to shipping. Orders canceled prior to shipping will not be charged. Placing an order constitutes agreement with this policy.


    Defective Parts/Product
    All of our products are inspected and in some cases, repacked prior to shipping ( motors & switches especially).  Shipping damages must be reported to the carrier within 7 days. After 7 days, claims for shipping damages are no longer  allowed.

    All our products are of superior quality and undergo severe quality control from the manufacturer. However, we do understand that there is a part or product which is defective periodically. We will be happy to replace any part that is defective from the manufacturer for the first 10 days. After the 10 day product return period, we will consider the product under warranty and must be returned following the manufacturer's warranty instructions for the product. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges to us.  Any additional policy not covered here will be resolved at the discretion of The SawCenter

    Even though we try to do our best to make sure the data and pricing is as accurate as possible, The SawCenter is not responsible for unintentional misinformation or programming errors including errors in pricing or included options or accessories.

 Minimum Order Policy

Because of the costs of credit card processing & handling, a $2.00 handling fee will be added to any order, excluding shipping, that does not meet our $20.00 minimum order requirement.

 

 

    The SawCenter Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. The SawCenter does NOT sell, rent or give  our customers names, addresses or e-mail addresses to
anyone, ever!  We send out e-mail notifications on products, special promotions, etc. from time to time. If you ever get e-mail from us and you DO NOT want to continue receiving these messages, simply reply with the word REMOVE in the subject line and we will remove your name from our e-mail lists.  Credit card information is  NOT retained or stored, so for repeat orders or returns for credit, we will ask for this information again.
